Welcome to CERA Studio. By booking our services, you agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, creative, and professional experience for all parties.
Payment & No-Refund Policy
Full Payment Requirement: To confirm any booking, 100% of the total service fee must be paid upfront via our website. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.
Non-Refundable Policy: Once payment is processed, the booking is final. All payments are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We understand plans change. You may reschedule your session one time at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the event will result in a total loss of the payment.
Damage & Liability (The Customer’s Responsibility)
Equipment & Interior: The CERA trailer is a high-value asset equipped with professional tools. The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the trailer’s interior, custom furniture, or specialized equipment by themselves or their guests.
Full Replacement Value: In the event of damage, the Client will be billed for the Full Replacement Value or professional repair costs. Payment for damages must be settled within 7 days of the incident.
Cleaning Fees: If the trailer is left in a condition that requires professional deep cleaning (beyond normal art-making mess), a cleaning fee of 500 AED will be charged.
Capacity & Extra Guests
Parking Requirements: The Client must provide a flat, safe, and legal parking space for the CERA Truck & Trailer.
Access Failures: If we cannot enter the premises or park safely due to space restrictions (narrow gates, low clearance, etc.), the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Permits: It is the Client’s responsibility to secure all necessary permissions from villa security or local management for the trailer to park and operate.
Product Safety & Disclaimers
Candles: Painted candles are for decorative display only. They are painted with acrylics and are flammable. Lighting the wick is strictly prohibited; CERA Studio is not liable for any resulting damage or injury.

Lip Gloss Lab: Guests with known skin allergies participate at their own risk.

Material Add-ons & Extras
Standard Inclusions: Each workshop includes specific materials. Extra charms, additional ceramic pieces, or extra paint supplies are not included and must be paid for on-site via card/Apple Pay.
Punctuality & Media
Scheduled Finish: If the event starts late due to the Client, the lost time will be deducted from the workshop. We cannot extend sessions as we operate on a strict daily schedule.

Content Creation: We may take photos/videos for our Instagram/TikTok unless you explicitly ask us not to before we begin.
Mobile Studio Logistics (Truck )
Parking Requirements: The Client must provide a flat, safe, and legal parking space for the CERA Truck & Trailer.

Technical Failures (Force Majeure)
If CERA Studio cannot fulfill a booking due to mechanical failure of the truck/trailer or extreme weather, we will offer an immediate reschedule or a full refund. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this 100% non-refundable policy and the damage liability clauses.
