What is your refund policy?

To maintain our high standard of service and prep, all payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Is there an age limit?

Art is for everyone! However, children under the age of 12 should be supervised by an adult during the workshop to ensure they get the most out of the experience.

What are the parking requirements for the trailer?

We need a flat, safe, and legal parking space. Please ensure your villa or community entrance has enough clearance for a large truck and trailer. If we cannot park safely, the session will be cancelled without a refund.

Are the workshops safe?

Absolutely. However, please note that our painted candles are for decorative use only and should never be lit. For the Lip Gloss Lab, we use premium ingredients, but we recommend guests with sensitive skin participate at their own risk.

Can I add more guests on the day of the event?

Our standard packages cover up to 8 guests. Any additional guests should be declared 24 hours in advance. Unannounced guests will be charged a Premium Walk-in Rate on-site, provided we have enough materials available.

Where does CERA Studio operate?

We are based in Al Ain City and bring the studio directly to your home or villa. For large corporate events or groups of 20+ participants, we are happy to travel to other cities across the UAE (subject to a travel fee).

Do I need to provide anything?

Just the space! We handle everything—from the materials and tools to the setup and cleanup. You just need to step inside and enjoy the experience.

How do I book a session?

All bookings are made directly through our website. Select your workshop, choose a date, and complete the 100% upfront payment to secure your slot.

Question 9

What happens if something in the studio gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

We take pride in our high-end equipment and custom trailer interior. By booking, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, or professional tools by themselves or their guests. Damages will be billed at the Full Replacement Value.

Question 10

Do I need to talk to my community security?

Yes! Please ensure your community security or villa management is aware that a Truck & Trailer will be arriving. If we are denied entry at the gate, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation without a refund.

What if the truck can’t make it due to weather or mechanical issues?

While we maintain our vehicle to the highest standards, sometimes "Force Majeure" happens. In the rare event of a mechanical failure or extreme weather, we will offer you an immediate priority reschedule or a full refund. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.

Can we do different workshops in one session?

To ensure the best experience and proper setup of materials, each 2-hour session is dedicated to one specific workshop theme (e.g., just Lip Gloss or just Ceramics). If you’d like to try multiple workshops, please book consecutive slots!

Question 13

Can we bring food or drinks inside the trailer?

Accepted Answer

To protect our custom upholstery and your artwork, we allow light drinks (water/juice). However, messy foods and hot meals are not permitted inside the studio. We want to keep the environment pristine for your creative session!
